I will never spend 1/2 as much as the lowest price one of the hangers shown. I have a couple bikes in my storage rental place and you are not allowed to drill holes. Anything for that? Something that would not break the bank? Right now I found a clamp from harbor freight i put in a seam in the wall works but from time to time it comes loose and drops off the wall. Probably dew to the spot next door getting bumped but I don’t know for sure. Anyway good video I am going to check out the first video because I am definitely a DIY guy before I would spend $100 and up

Me being a 74 year old dude my shredding days are over, I want to completely remove my dropper seat post from my Aventon Ramblas and go with a suspenion seat post, I have not messed with it yet and wqnted to see what could be done. Thanks

I think the bike rack will work best for my situation, I live in a co-op house with 22 other people and we have about 18 bikes in the garage and use one of those honkin big steel bike racks you might see outside a school and it makes navigating the garage a huge pita because the middle of the rack is about 3ft from the wall. Between the bike rack we use now and the other stuff in the garage, we have about 1.5 ft of space to walk through and god just trying to pull a bike out is a difficult task.

WARNING: Carbon frame top tubes are often extremely fragile to crushing forces so please don't place it in the jaws of any sort of work stand or storage clamp. Always use the seat post which is designed to handle those forces. Most metal bikes are fine. Cheers!

Copper Harbor is a joke, you have to walk up 500ft. They close it to vehicles and force you to pay a hippie in a van. Wasted an 8 hr trip up there. Never again.

Paint thinners will remove anything - adhesives, tar, name it ... while at the same time, leaving your hardened paint intact.

I used to have a 29er motobecane- was entry level and all stock but a few parts really loved it on beginner trails - as I am by no means anything but a novice at the moment- well I lost the bike a few years ago and I decided to get a new bike - was going to get another one when I came across this bike although it is now a 2024 version- I upgraded the front fork to an air ride - I’d suggest a tapered rock shx Judy silver in a tapered - it will smooth a lot on this bike- get a budget friendly dual chamber air shock for rear and enjoy this bike it’s a bike that can do way more and it’s proven itself with a good rider. That’s not me at moment I’m starting over so to speak but it’s a good bike for folks that will stick with you for a while on your mountain bike journey

Bro your insane not going to the doctor. When I went OTB on my dirt bike I snapped my left collar bone and I had to have two surgeries and over a year of minimal functioning. The fact that you just lived with that pain for that long is crazy I get it cuz of your wife but this injury will most likely effect you the rest of your life even after my two surgeries my shit is never the same I get tight muscles in my neck and back all the time
